This is pretty good, but…
The Baltimore Waffle Company’s mission is simple. Deliver hot delicious Belgian sugar waffles…with a Baltimore accent. It all started in 2010 with the phrase, “This is pretty good, but not how I remembered”. We found a Liege waffle at a local grocery store but it just wasn’t as good as it should have been. So we started making our own. Shortly after that, a friend suggested we check into getting a spot at a local farmers market. Over 12 years later we are still going strong!

At Baltimore Waffle Co., we are excited to bring our delicious waffles to local farmers markets, where we can connect directly with our community. Each weekend we brave the weather elements to set up shop at markets across Maryland so we can deliver to our waffle “faithfull” our Baltimore version of the traditional Liège waffle.
